Beyond The Gods Will (BTGW) is a personal project independently developed and operated by me, Febris Gamer. I take your privacy seriously. This policy explains how I collect, use, and protect your information when you use BTGW.

• Technical and Authentication Information (via Firebase)
• Firebase User ID (UID)
• Account creation and login timestamps
• Security information automatically recorded by Firebase to prevent fraud and abuse
• No Extra Tracking
• I do not collect reading history, IP addresses, device information, location, or other analytics
• I do not use cookies or trackers for advertising or behavior profiling
3. How I Use Your Information
I only use your information for the following purposes:
• Creating and maintaining your account
• Authentication and keeping you logged in
• Displaying your name and profile picture in the interface (e.g., comments, profile)
• Ensuring service security, preventing abuse, and detecting suspicious activity
Legal Basis (where applicable):
• Performance of a Service: You provide information so that I can create your account and allow you to use the website
• Legitimate Interests: To secure the site, prevent abuse, and maintain Firebase logs needed for safe operation
Ads Information
• Ads may appear on the site, but they do not collect or use your personal account information.
I do not sell, rent, or use your information for advertising or profiling.
4. Third-Party Services (Firebase / Google)
BTGW uses Google Firebase for authentication and hosting:
• Your account information is stored on Google Firebase servers
• Data may be stored or transferred to servers outside your country
• Google processes this data according to its own privacy policy

5. Protection of Minors
• BTGW is intended for users 18 years and older and includes mature content. I do not target minors. If a minor registers, I may delete their account and related information.
6. Data Retention
• Account information is kept while your account is active. After you delete your account (via Profile → Delete Account, or by contacting me), your Firebase record is removed and you will no longer have access.
• Firebase or other servers may retain limited information longer for security, legal, or operational reasons.
7. Your Rights
Depending on your location, you may have the following rights:
• Access your personal information
• Correct inaccurate information
• Delete your account and related data
• Restrict or object to certain processing
• File a complaint with a data protection authority
You can exercise your rights through in-app options (e.g., deleting your account) or by emailing authorfebris@gmail.com Identity verification may be required for security purposes.
8. Data Security
Account information and authentication are stored via Firebase, with encryption in transit and at rest. Only I can access the Firebase project, and individual user data is not routinely viewed.
No system is 100% secure. Even with reasonable measures in place, there may be risks if targeted by hackers or cyber attacks. Using BTGW means you understand and accept these inherent risks.
9. International Users
BTGW operates in India. If you access the site from outside India, your data will be processed in India and on Google servers, which may be subject to different laws.
10. Policy Updates
This policy may be updated from time to time. The “Last Updated” date will be updated. Continuing to use BTGW after updates means you accept the new policy.
